Policies
- Adults only — we are unable to accommodate children or pets.
- Service dogs require prior documentation, including official U.S. registry number and ESA certificate, and must wear an official vest at all times.
- This is a non-smoking property, including marijuana and vaping. Smoking in the suites will incur a cleaning fee of $200 or more.
- Please note: Ceiling height is 6’8″.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance receive a full refund minus a $25 cancellation fee.
- Cancellations or shortened stays with less than 30 days’ notice will be charged if the suite cannot be rebooked.
- Reservations of 5 or more nights, holidays, or special occasions require 40 days’ notice for cancellation.

We are located right on the beautiful Oregon Coast in the charming seaside town of Depoe Bay — perfectly situated between Lincoln City and Newport, just 15 minutes from each.
All of Depoe Bay’s wonderful restaurants, unique shops, and scenic ocean views are within easy walking distance. No matter where you stroll in town, the ocean is always in sight.
