Policies & Important Information Guests
- We are unable to accommodate children or pets.
- Guests traveling with a service dog must provide documentation prior to arrival, including an official U.S. registry number and ESA certificate. Service dogs must wear an official vest at all times while on the property.
Non-Smoking Property
This is a non-smoking establishment, including marijuana and vaping.
Smoking inside the suites will result in a cleaning fee of $200 or more.
Ceiling Height
Please note: Suite ceilings are 6’8″.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund, minus a $25 cancellation fee.
- Cancellations or shortened stays with less than 30 days’ notice will be charged if we are unable to re-book the suite.
- Reservations of 5 or more nights, as well as holidays or special occasions, require 40 days’ notice for cancellation.
